Waste Pro Kenneth Rivera Honored with Rotary Award
The award was presented to Kenneth during the annual Club Induction and Board Installation Ceremony in Pembroke Pines, Florida.
SEATTLE (Waste Advantage): Waste Pro Business Development Manager for Southeast Florida, Kenneth Rivera, a 25-year industry veteran and part of the Waste Pro team for the last 15 years, is being honored by the Rotary Club of Miramar-Pines with the Paul Harris Fellowship Award. The award recognizes individuals who have made a significant contribution to the Club’s efforts to improve the world by supporting the Rotary Foundation and its objectives of promoting world peace and international understanding. The award was presented to Kenneth during the annual Club Induction and Board Installation Ceremony in Pembroke Pines, Florida.
”Kenneth’s leadership and partnership with Waste Pro created a meaningful impact in our community. The work reflects our commitment to environmental protection, responsible resource use, public education, and long-term stewardship. These efforts align with the Rotary’s mission of Service Above Self,” shared Rotary President Daneel McDonald.
Kenneth is involved in multiple other community organizations. He has served on the Miramar-Pembroke Pines Regional Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors for several years as a member of the Governance Committee. Recently, he took on a new role as the organization’s Vice Chair of Finance.
