Hoffman Sanitation Services acquires Wildhorse Waste Services

Hoffman also looks to offer single-stream recycling solutions to Wildhorse customers with plans to launch that program in their area within a few months.

SEATTLE (Waste Advantage): Hoffman Sanitation Services, owned and operated by Stewart Hoffman, has acquired Wildhorse Waste Services, a waste service provider based in Bray, OK.  This strategic move marks Hoffmans’ first acquisition of 2025 and its seventh overall. Wildhorse Waste Services has served southwest Oklahoma communities, including Stephens, Jefferson, Comanche, Grady Garvin, Carter and Cotton counties, for more than 15 years.  Jennifer and Kenny Sanner own and operate the company with approximately 2,000 residential and commercial customers including polycart, frontload and rolloff accounts.  Kenny Sanner will now serve as Southwest Division General Manager of the company.  “We are pleased to join the Hoffman Sanitation team.  As we continue our steadfast commitment to growth, their knowledge and expertise will further our mission of unmatched waste services to residents all across southwestern Oklahoma, “ Sanner said.

The acquisition of Wildhorse Waster Services is a welcome supplement to Hoffmans’ existing service footprint in southeast Oklahoma and aligns with Hoffmans’ commitment to enhance customer satisfaction.  By integrating Wildhorse Waste Servies into its operations, Hoffman says it will realize route synergies and talent acquisition to enable the company to “continue providing extraordinary waste management solutions to the communities it serves.”
