SEATTLE (Scrap Monster): Boise Cascade- the leading American manufacturer of wood products announced two executive leadership transitions.
The company’s Board of Directors approved the promotion of Troy Little as the successor of Mike Brown to the post of Executive Vice President of Wood Products. Mike is due to retire effectively 3rd May, 2024.
Troy has been with the company for the past 33 years. He possesses a broad range of experience in finance, strategy, commodity sales, and operational leadership. He has served as Region Manager for six manufacturing facilities in Oregon. He got promotion as Vice President in 2021 and as Vice President in 2023.

Also, Angella Broesch has been promoted to Vice President of Human Resources, said the company press release. Angella will replace Erin Nuxoll, who will retire effectively 3rd May, 2024.
Angella started her career with the company as a member of its internal audit team in 2013. In 2020, she was promoted to lead the HR center of expertise for benefits and compensation. Later in 2022, she took charge as Senior Director of Corporate HR. Prior to joining Boise Cascade, she had worked at MarkMonitor and KPMG.
