CMC Added Gary E. McCullough to Board of Directors

With this appointment, the company’s total number of directors has become 10, out of which 9 are independent.

SEATTLE (Scrap Monster): The Irving, Texas-based Commercial Metals Company (CMC) announced addition of Gary E. McCullough to the Board of Directors. This will be with effect from 12th October, 2021. He will serve on the Compensation and Finance Committees. With this appointment, the company’s total number of directors has become 10, out of which 9 are independent.

Mr. McCullough currently sits on TransDigm Group Incorporated’s Board of Directors, in addition to serving as advisor to several private entities. Previously, he was the Chief Executive Officer of ARI Packaging, Inc. Prior to that, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of Career Education Corporation. Also, he has held senior roles at Abbott Laboratories, Wm. Wrigley Jr. Company and The Procter & Gamble Company.

Mr. McCullough is a holder of Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Wright State University and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Northwestern University’s J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
