Twin Rivers Paper Declares Completion of Arkansas Paper Mill Acquisition

This is the second major investment by the company in packaging and technical markets in recent times, following the acquisition of paper manufacturing assets of the Burrows Corporation in 2016.

SEATTLE (Scrap Monster): Madawaska, Maine-headquartered integrated specialty paper company, Twin Rivers Paper Company has announced that it has completed the acquisition of Pine Bluff, Arkansas paper mill, owned by Mondi Group. The definitive agreement towards the acquisition was reached between both the companies in April this year. Twin Rivers Paper is owned jointly by Atlas Holding LLC and Blue Wolf Capital.
