HIPS plant likely to be taken off-stream by Versalis
Versalis is in plans to shut a high impact polystyrene (HIPS) plant for maintenance turnaround.
A Polymerupdate source in Italy informed that the plant is planned to be shut in September 2015. It is expected to remain off-stream for around 15 days.
Located in Mantova, Italy, the plant has a production capacity of 125,000 mt/year.
