MEG plant operated by ZRCC at curtailed levels

Sinopec Zhenhai Refining & Chemical Corp (ZRCC) is operating a monoethylene glycol (MEG) plant at reduced rates.

A Polymerupdate source in China informed that the plant is presently operating at 75% of production capacityowing to dull demand trends.

Located at Zhenhai, China, the plant has a production capacity of 650,000 mt/year.
