LME Copper prices remain negative
London Metal Exchange base metal prices showed a down trend on Thursday.
LONDON (Scrap Monster): London Metal Exchange base metal prices showed a down trend on Thursday.
LME copper futures turned negative on Thursday after data showed factory activity in China, the world's top metals consumer, shrank for a fifth month.
LME Price Highlights:
--Aluminium alloy dipped 0.98% to $ 2020 a metric ton
--Aluminium dipped 2.41% to $2139 per metric ton
--Copper slipped 1.77% to $8319.50 a metric ton
--Lead dipped 1.23% to $ 1999 per metric ton
--Nickel dipped 2.17% to $18465 a metric ton
--Tin gained 4.29% to $22300 per metric ton
--Zinc dipped 1.11% to $2003 a metric ton
--Steel remain unchanged at $470 per metric ton
