Recleim partners with Pepsi-Cola bottler to provide recycling services

The Atlanta-headquartered Recleim LLC has partnered with Pepsi Bottling Ventures (PBV) to recycle outdated vending units

SPOKANE (Scrap Monster): The Atlanta-headquartered Recleim LLC has partnered with Pepsi Bottling Ventures (PBV) to recycle outdated vending units, fountain machines, glass door merchandisers and other components. The licensed equipment recycling technology by Recleim promises 95% recovery by weight.

According to the deal, the retired equipment from PBV will be transported to Recleim, who in turn will take care of safe disposal of the components. Recleim’s recycling technology and procedures will ensure that maximum amount of materials are recovered from the item, exceeding the standards set by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). The proprietary recycling technique also ensures safe disposal of hazardous chemicals and minimized environmental impact.

The retired equipment will be made available for collection by PBV at its Winston-Salem central distribution center. Recleim will shift these to its Graniteville recycling facility where they will be recycled in accordance with federal, state and local rules and guidelines. PBV will be provided with a certificate of destruction which guarantees that goods are recycled according to the highest industry standards.
