Chow Tai Fook Jewelry Group Ltd to Buy Hearts on Fire Co

In a move to extend Hong Kong's Chow Tai Fook Jewelry Group Ltd’s high-end product range, the company has announced that it has decided to acquire US-based diamond jeweler, Hearts on Fire Co, for US$150mil.

HONG KONG (Scrap Monster): In a move to extend Hong Kong's Chow Tai Fook Jewelry Group Ltd’s high-end product range, the company has announced that it has decided to acquire US-based diamond jeweler, Hearts on Fire Co, for US$150mil.

Chow Tai Fook would 100% of the supplier of bridal and fashion jewelry from co-founder Glenn Rothman and other investors.

As per the report, Chow Tai Fook has marked a 32% raise in its profit for the year ended March, thanks to the strong demand for gold products early last year.

Hearts On Fire Company, LLC, branded as Hearts On Fire, is a privately held diamond manufacturer and jewelry design company founded in 1996 by Glenn and Susan Rothman. The privately held company is based in Boston, Massachusetts, United States, with products sold online and in 550 retail stores in 34 countries around the world, including 14 Hearts On Fire stores.
