Cardinal Engineering is dedicated to providing our clients with engineering, design and related professional services of the highest quality, on schedule and within cost while maintaining the highest standard of integrity.  Project specific procedures are developed, as required, to suit the unique requirements of each client.  The quality of our product and services are a result of applying quality management procedures throughout all phases of the product development cycle.  We perform internal QA audits to ensure that the quality of our products and services conforms to contractual agreements while effectively and efficiently supporting the goals and objectives of our customers.

A key element of our Quality system is Customer Satisfaction.  Cardinal Engineering solicits input from our customers on a regular basis to assess our performance and identify areas we can improve on our products and services.  Input received from our customers is essential to our growth and reputation in the Industry, and as such, is embraced by all levels of management and staff as part of our Quality Assurance program.
