Since our inception in 1975, Mared Mechanical Contractors Corporation has thrived within the dramatically-changing business landscapes of Wisconsin by developing uniquely customized solutions for our customers needs. We accomplish this through listening to our customer’s objectives and being flexible in developing solutions that are cost effective and taking total life cycle cost of the building into account.

In an industry where quality is the expectation and technology is the rule, Mared continues to create custom, cost-efficient solutions by allowing our experts to approach every project from an “engineering-first” perspective. Simply put, we “think” through the issues before crunching the numbers. How do we do this?   Experience!  The one constant among our technicians, designers, engineers and union-trained craftsman is experience.

Mared Mechanical’s experience is built upon many landmark buildings in the Milwaukee Area such as the Milwaukee Public Museum’s IMAX Theater, Discovery World and the Milwaukee County War Memorial.  We have also installed and serviced systems at such Milwaukee corporations as Kohl’s Corporate Headquarters and Johnson Controls Headquarters.  Over the years we have expanded our building systems knowledge by installing and servicing systems at Froedtert Memorial Lutheran Hospital a major healthcare provider in the Milwaukee Area.

Our philosophy is to gain a customer’s confidence and then maintain their confidence through the services they may require.  The concept of Design, Build and Maintain are not just words but a mission for all of Mared Mechanical’s employees.  Moving forward we are constantly looking for ways to improve what we deliver to customers through technology and internal process improvements.
