The staff at Savo Contracting Pty Ltd are highly experienced in human resources, indigenous employment, training and retention.  This means that the company can offer a more comprehensive service to the civil and mining sectors.Managing Director, Katrina Savo  holds the position of  Director on the Board of Aboriginal Enterprises in Mining, Exploration and Energy (AEMEE) a national Indigenous mining and resource sector network association.  She is also an Independent Director of Gelganyam Investments Pty Ltd an indigenous organisation based in Kununurra WA.  Her commitment to indigenous engagement is evident through active involvement in both organisations.​
