We launched Cambridge Cleaning and Maintenance because we saw a need in the Florida market for a cleaning service that was environmentally responsible, well-managed, and could do it all! We pride ourselves in offering a comprehensive range of professional cleaning services of the highest standards at competitive prices.

We use green cleaning products because we are serious about protecting people and our environment. Our teams work within guidelines for compliance with Leadership in Energy and Environment (LEED) standards, and we have invested in the latest equipment, tools, and technology. We all have families, and we care about the world we live in, that’s why we strive to be efficient, effective and environmentally friendly in all that we do.

OUR APPROACH TO STAFF, TRAINING AND CERTIFICATIONS

We employ people who are reliable, responsible, and show initiative. Carefully vetted, our cleaning technicians and their supervisors are committed to conducting themselves in a manner consistent with the highest ethical standards of any professional service working in our industry today.

We provide ongoing education and training for our employees, so that they can utilize the latest and most effective equipment, supplies and techniques with skill. Our senior managers and supervisors are required to have all industry-related OSHA certifications, have completed the Bloodborne Pathogen Training Class from the National Safety Council, and provide hands-on training to our teams.

Customer satisfaction is our priority, which is why each of our teams are managed by dedicated operations managers and and supervisors. Our supervisors provide oversight and work from a comprehensive checklist to ensure that each project exceeds our standards – and yours, too. In addition, we have a computerized job tracking system that allows us to know where each of our technicians at all times. The system utilizes employee numbers, verifies the location of each phone call, and provides us with automatic alerts so that we can rapidly address any issues.
