ENVI-PAK

ENVI - PAK was founded in 2003 by leading manufacturers of packaged products.  Since then, we provide selective collection and recovery of waste and recycling. On July 1, 2016 we became an organization of producer responsibility, after receiving from the Ministry of Environment on April 20, 2016 authorization for packaging and non-packaging products. We are therefore the oldest authorized organization (now, organization of producer responsibility) in Slovakia.

We operate on a principle of cooperation among all players involved in the waste flow:

• from persons/entities who place on the market or into circulation packaging and non-packaging products,
• through towns and municipalities, which are responsible for introducing sorted collection within their territory,
• collection companies, that provide waste collection and final sorting
• through to waste processors, who produce their products from sorted recyclables.
