The company laid the foundation stone for the company in 2000 by the Grass family in Lünen, Germany. Expansion

In the following years the company continued to expand and for this reason moved in 2006 to a much larger piece of land in the industrial area in Frydagstrasse in Lünen-Lippholthausen.
