World Gold Council Added Four New Board Members

SEATTLE (Scrap Monster): The World Gold Council (WGC) announced expansion of its Board of Members with the addition of new members. The Council press release said that it has added four new companies to its Board of Members- Aura Minerals, B2Gold, Sandstorm Gold Royalties and Shandong Zhaojin Group. The addition brings the Council’s total number of board members to 33.

Commenting on the board additions, Randy Smallwood, Chairperson, WGC noted that the Council is delighted to welcome the new members. Each new member will bring a different area of expertise to the organization. The Council looks forward to collaborate with them in 2021 and beyond so as to make the industry even stronger, he added.
