SEATTLE (Waste 360): Reliable Group, LLC and Pace Glass, Inc. were recently issued more than 35 summonses and code violations by Jersey City, N.J., Chief Prosecutor Jake Hudnut for allegedly storing garbage illegally at their facility located at 1 Caven Point Avenue.

According to findings from a recent investigation, the companies have been storing residual waste in large piles standing more than 40 feet high, and several disintegrating waste containers have been exposing hazardous contents to nearby neighborhoods.
