Okapi Environmental Services Names Matt Hutchings as Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President

SEATTLE (Waste Advantage): Okapi Environmental Services LLC (OES) announced the appointment of Matt Hutchings as Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President. According to Bob Gregory, Chairman, CEO, President and Founder, he selected Hutchings for the position based on his extensive experience and his proven track record of leading growth and innovation. “We are pleased to have Matt join our OES management team,” Gregory said. “Matt has global experience in successful growth and profitability in diverse business sectors, which makes him an exceptional fit for OES and the companies we support.”

Hutchings’s move to OES follows a successful 40+ year career in sports and entertainment, media and technology. He spent the last 20 years in Denver, with Kroenke Sports & Entertainment LLC, where he served as Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President for KSE, and as the President and Chief Executive Officer of KSE Media Ventures. KSE has extensive holdings in professional sports, sports and entertainment venues, media and technology, as well as real estate development and holdings.

The experience Hutchings gained through these roles, and through leading organizations with extensive US and international reach, will support OES’s efforts to provide strategic resources and sustainable solutions to companies across the United States. “Matt unites a deep knowledge of operations with the strategic sustainability resources OES provides,” Gregory said. “He understands the value of accountability, transparency, and teamwork to move a brand forward, and we look forward to seeing him use his experience in support of our OES clients and their sustainability goals.”
