SEMAFO intersects high grade Gold at Siou Zone

SEMAFO (TSX: SMF) has intersected high grades of gold in the Siou Zone located within the company’s Mana mill near Fofina, Burkina Faso.

VANCOUVER (Scrap Monster): SEMAFO (TSX: SMF) has intersected high grades of gold in the Siou Zone located within the company’s Mana mill near Fofina, Burkina Faso.
Highlights include 15.96 grams per ton gold over 2.0 meters, 16.53 g/t gold over 3.0 meters. 5.6 g/t gold over 3.0 meters and 11.80 g/t gold over 5.0 meters.
Michel Crevier, SEMAFO's vice-president of exploration and mine geology said that, "The Siou zone once again shows the geological potential at Mana with yet another mineralization style discovered on the property."
"Further diamond drilling is currently in progress between the Kokoi and Siou areas. Once completed, closer spaced drilling will be carried out along the more strongly mineralized areas," he added.
SEMAFO is a Canadian-based mining company with gold production and exploration activities in West Africa.
