LME base metal prices up

London Metal Exchange base metal prices advanced on Thursday.

LONDON (Scrap Monster): London Metal Exchange base metal prices advanced on Thursday.
London copper advanced by 0.19% to $8407 a metric ton on Thursday as upbeat U.S. Data helped revive buying interest in the metal.
Aluminium alloy and Nickel prices dipped in LME market. All other base metals futures headed in positive direction.
LME Price Highlights:
--Aluminium alloy dipped 0.72% to $ 2120 a metric ton
--Aluminium gained 0.79% to $2228.50 per metric ton
--Copper gained 0.19% to $8407 a metric ton
--Lead advanced 2.15% to $ 2113.50 per metric ton
--Nickel dipped 0.59% to $19975 a metric ton
--Tin advanced 0.54% to $ 24030 per metric ton
--Zinc advanced 1.49% to $2036 a metric ton
--Steel gained 3.09% to $500 per metric ton
