BEIJING (Scrap Monster): The Chinese copper scrap prices ended marginally higher on ScrapMonster Price Index as on Friday, April 17th.
The #1 Copper Bare Bright and #1 Copper Wire and Tubing saw price rise of CNY 250 per MT each.
The price of #2 Copper Wire and Tubing also increased by CNY 250 per MT.
#1 Insulated Copper Wire 85% Recovery prices edged higher by CNY 50 per MT. The price of #2 Insulated Copper Wire 50% Recovery remained flat over the day.
Copper Transformer scrap prices saw no variation in prices over the previous day. No price-change was witnessed in Cu Yokes.
Cu/Al Radiator prices witnessed no change in price at CNY 25,900 per MT.
Harness Wire 35% Recovery maintained previous day’s levels on Friday, April 17th.
Heater Cores prices appreciated by CNY 50 per MT from the previous day.
Also, Scrap Electric Motors and Sealed Units prices remained unchanged.
