Kimberley-Clark Rejigs Top Executive Leadership

SEATTLE (Scrap Monster): Kimberley-Clark Corporation announced key changes to its executive leadership. The move is aimed at accelerating the company’s progress in its journey to achieve the earlier set 2022 goals.

Aaron Powell, President of Kimberly-Clark Professional will take charge as President of Kimberly-Clark's Asia-Pacific consumer business. Consequently, he will be responsible for the company’s largest international region, including the ASEAN member countries, Australia, China, India and South Korea.

Achal Agarwal has been named as Chief Transformation Officer. He will lead the efforts to further build the company’s organizational capabilities and evolving its work practices. Agarwal currently serves as the President of Kimberly-Clark's Asia-Pacific consumer business. A successor to Agarwal will be declared later.

The above leadership changes will be in effect starting 1st March, 2020. Both Powell and Agarwal will directly report to Mike Hsu, Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Kimberly-Clark
