CARDS Holdings, Inc. Announces Acquisition of Sooner Roll-Off, LLC

SEATTLE (Waste Advantage): CARDS Oklahoma, LLC (CARDS) announced the purchase of Sooner Roll-Off, LLC. Based in Oklahoma City, OK, Sooner Roll-Off, LLC currently provides roll-off services to customers in the greater Oklahoma City market.  “We are excited to enter this new market area” said Dan Christensen, founder, and president of CARDS. “This new location in Oklahoma will help us bridge our Texas and Oklahoma market areas. We are proud to bring Sooner Roll-Off, LLC customers and employees into the CARDS family.” 

CARDS will acquire all Sooner Roll-Off assets, employees, and contracts, which will operate under the CARDS brand. This acquisition adds over 600 new customers to CARDS’ expanding footprint, according to Christensen. This is the fourteenth acquisition for CARDS in the past 4 years. Other acquisitions have included 4D, Best Trash, R&S, The Trashman, Altes Sanitation, HTS, and Bernice Sanitation. The acquisition closed on May 18th, 2022.
