11th December, 2018: Scrap Gold and Silver Prices Surged on Index, Platinum Slumped

SEATTLE (Scrap Monster): The daily scrap gold and silver prices - hallmarked and non- hallmarked moved higher from previous day on Tuesday, 11^th December, 2018 on the ScrapMonster Price Index. Meantime, the prices of Platinum scrap declined over the day.

In the Hallmarked category, the 14 carat gold scrap prices went higher by $ 1.59 per Oz. The prices of 18 carat and 22 carat gold scrap also went higher by $ 2.04 per Oz and $ 2.48 per Oz respectively. 9 carat gold scrap prices increased by $ 1.03 per Oz. The price of Platinum scrap witnessed marginal decline of $ 1.46 per Oz to reach $ 573.09 per Oz. Silver scrap prices saw marginal up tick of $0.12 per Oz.

In the Non-Hallmarked category, the 14 carat gold scrap prices edged higher by $ 1.50 per Oz. The prices of 18 carat and 22 carat gold scrap too went up by $ 1.92 and $ 2.36 per Oz respectively.9 carat gold scrap also increased by $ 0.96 per Oz. The price of Platinum scrap witnessed a decline of $ 1.46 per Oz to reach $ 573.09 per Oz. Meantime, Silver scrap prices inched higher by $ 0.10 per Oz during the day.
