A “sandbox” is an isolated testing environment that enables users to run programs or open files without affecting the application, system or platform on which they run. It gives the user a chance to create something unique, safe and functional before putting it into production.

As fellow computer and gamer geeks, we drew our inspiration from one of the best-selling video games of all time, Minecraft. The game itself, is a “sandbox environment” in which the user can build, explore and tap into their imagination to create something unique and special.
