PR2 Recycling LLC (hereinafter “PR2 Recycling-USA” or “the Company”) was formed in the State of Florida on February 2, 2016.
The Company is a subsidiary of Clodam do Brasil LTDA (hereinafter “Clodam-Brazil” or “the Brazilian parent company”).
Established in 2000, Clodam-Brazil operates in the plastic recycling industry as a producer of PET flakes and PET resin. The Brazilian parent company has four plastic recycling plants located throughout Brazil.
In addition to the PET recycling market, PR2 Recycling-USA will offer their services to all businesses that process their waste materials for the manufacturing of products made from recovered raw plastic material. This includes, but is not limited to, businesses that manufacture textile and industrial yarns and fabrics, carpets, and films.
