Since it was founded in 1990 by Norbert Bäder, the medium-sized company has developed into a powerful partner for industry, trade, craft and municipalities. At the end of 2013, then taken over by son Jens Bäder, the company was given a breath of fresh air and was successfully continued in the second generation.
