Princeton Woman Charged for Trespassing and Scrap Metal Theft
Tucker was charged with third-degree criminal trespassing and theft by unlawful taking between $500 and $1000.
SEATTLE (Scrap Monster): A Princeton woman was arrested Friday, Sept. 5 after deputies investigated a suspicious vehicle at a business off KY 293.
The Caldwell County Sheriff's Office said an assistant manager reported a vehicle driving around the property about 2 p.m. and later pulling behind a building. Chief Deputy Sam Adams identified the driver as Emily Tucker, 52.
Deputies determined Tucker had previously been to the property twice while it was closed and stole scrap metal, which she later sold.
Tucker was charged with third-degree criminal trespassing and theft by unlawful taking between $500 and $1000.
