SEATTLE (Waste Advantage): Central Texas Refuse, an integrated, non-hazardous solid waste services company, announced that it has closed on the purchase of residential and rolloff assets of JJs Waste & Recycling of Texas LLC (JJ’s Waste), in the greater Austin, TX. marketplace. “The JJ’s Waste acquisition furthers our ability to maximize efficiencies in the marketplace through operational scale and disposal optimization,” said Steven Del Corso, Chief Executive Officer of Integrated Waste Solutions Group, LLC, the parent company of Central Texas Refuse.
