Shanghai Futures Exchange copper prices dipped on Monday as investor confidence in China's economy remained weak.

SHANGHAI (Scrap Monster): Shanghai Futures Exchange copper prices dipped on Monday as investor confidence in China's economy remained weak.

The February copper contract settled at 56,790 yuan ($9,026) per tonne, down 180 yuan from its closing price last Friday and also 390 yuan lower for the day.
