India scrap metal prices fall

In Mumbai metal market, copper heavy scrap prices declined by Rs 7000 per ton to Rs 474000 per ton and copper cable scrap prices fell by Rs 6000 per ton to Rs 482,000 per ton on Monday.
MUMBAI (Scrap Monster): Indian scrap metal prices showed a negative trend on Monday in both Mumbai and Delhi metal market.
In Mumbai metal market, copper heavy scrap prices declined by Rs 7000 per ton to Rs 474000 per ton and copper cable scrap prices fell by Rs 6000 per ton to Rs 482,000 per ton on Monday.
Copper armetur, copper utensil scrap and copper sheet cutting prices also ended in red in Mumbai metal market, declined to Rs 469000 per ton, Rs 463000 and Rs 463000 per ton respectively.
Meanwhile, in Delhi metal market, copper bars and copper rod prices advanced by Rs 2 per kg each to Rs 382 per kg and 380 per kg on Monday while copper scrap prices moved down to Rs 340 per kg from Rs 342 per kg previously.
