January and March both rebounded from new contract lows Wednesday, but March traded within Wednesday's range
CME lumber futures closed little changed, with the front month up as traders took profits on short positions following the recent steep slide. January and March both rebounded from new contract lows Wednesday, but March traded within Wednesday's range today and finished slightly lower. January rose $1.40 per 1,000 board feet to $219.60 while March fell $1.60 to $241.40. Cash prices were quoted from $238-250.
