Services

We offer custom consultations to take your ideas and incorporate them into a unique piece made just for you. Also, we are able to re-create or modify any of our limited editions or one-of-a-kind designs. We can cast in any color gold or platinum and can make changes to use stones of any size, shape or color.

One of our favorite things to do is custom re-mounts. If you have gemstones or diamonds you are not wearing, we can create a new mounting so that you are able to enjoy your stones. You can feel confident in leaving your gemstones with us because they are insured while on the premises and all of the re-setting is done on-site!

We offer expert repairs done by our skilled goldsmiths. You can trust us to work on your precious heirlooms and designer pieces. Your jewelry is insured while on the premises and all of our repairs are done on-site! In addition to the actual repair, the piece is cleaned, checked, refinished and then returned to you in like-new condition.

Our appraisal service is completed by American Gem Society Certified Gemologists. As part of any appraisal, your piece is cleaned, checked and thoroughly assessed to accurately assign current value. The appraisals are all done on-site! We also offer a photo appraisal option for further documentation of your jewelry. Our appraisals can be submitted to your insurance company for coverage of your most precious pieces.

Our customer wish-lists are a great way to keep track of all your jewelry desires. We write down and keep on file your specific favorites to make shopping easy for you, your spouse, your significant other or your family members. This way, you get exactly what you want but you can still be surprised! For a more blunt approach, try one of our hint-hint cards. With the exact information written on it, the only thing you need to do is leave it in a conspicuous location and wait for it to be found.

We offer a special warranty that covers any piece of Plumb Gold Ltd. jewelry. We stand behind our designers and their products and will repair any piece with unforeseen manufacturing issues. To maintain your warranty we ask that you bring in your jewelry for cleaning and inspection twice a year. Upon request, we can provide special care instructions tailored to your piece. For a detailed written copy of our warranty and its guidelines, please inquire at the time of purchase.
