Nigel metal industry is a supplier company registered and been in operation since 1994 with full experience of good customer delivery whereas our main goal is to satisfy our customers with the best service and build a good and future business relationship. We deliver to global destination as per buyers request whereas our minimum quantity of supply for our first time buyers is 10,000mt and maximum is 60,000mt. Buyers can increase their quantity after we have build trust and relationship in the first trials shipment. We deliver on the following terms and conditions: PRICES FOR OUR MATERIALS. The price for HMS 1&2 per/mt: $200 USED RAILS: $300 COPPER CATHODE:$2700 COPPER WIRE 99.9%: 2400 Please note that all the above prices are our direct warehouse prices and does not include any processing or local transport and cutting service cost. Buyers will have to arrange for their own local processing company to process materials and make them available in the port of loading for seller to take over to shipment. Seller can only assist buyer to link him up to any available local processing company for the actual fact that buyers are not here in South Africa and does not have any idea or knows any processing company. Buyers are also allowed to bring their own processing company to South Africa to take on the processing service. All cost of materials processing of any kind will be buyer own separate cost and buyer should treat the cost of materials processing absolutely separate from the price of the materials. All prices given are CIF price excluding materials processing cost(take a very note of that) According to the our CIF price terms, seller company will be responsible for only all local governmental taxes impose, insurances value of 110%,and UCB inspection cost and final shipping cost to buyer port. PAYMENTS: We accept 100% letter of credit for the materials total value only excluding the processing cost whereas payments will be against all shipping documents confirmed by buyer bank and upon final delivery of the materials in buyer port pass CCIC in buyer port. Delivery time is 21-30 days from the day of contract finalization. Loading port: Durban port of loading -South Africa. PROCEDURE; 1. Seller issue official corporate offer. 2. Buyer confirm and issue LOI 3. Seller confirms agreement of buyer LOI and issue first draft contract. 3. Buyer review contract, amend if any and send contract back to seller. 4. Seller does final review of contract and send final contract to buyer to proceed to signing. 5. Buyer provides his processing company to proceed to materials processing immediately after contract signing. Upon buyer processing company finalize with materials processing and make materials ready and available in the port of loading, seller company issue invitation to buyer company representative to visit the port of loading and witness the final inspection and shipping processing before the departure of the vessel. Buyer representative travel expenses will be on buyer company cost and not seller cost. Seller will only be responsible for the representative accommodation from his first day of arrival and picking from the airport to the final departure of vessel date.
