OUR OPERATIONAL TERMS AS FOLLOWS.
For the fact that we don, t want buyers to be responsible for all expenses on the materials, we have implemented a term and conditions that requires the buyer to pay a specific percentage of the total for value for facilitating and processing of all governmental documents and the remaining balance will be paid by LC against BL and arrival of materials in buyer destination port.







This required percentage is not fix due to the fact that, it will all base on how much quantity buyer will be buying.
On the other hand if the buyer prefer to transact on 100% LC, the buyer will be responsible for the cutting, transport as well as the cost of documents processing.
Our Delivery term is: CIF but EX-YARD.
