• We will leave your property in a clean, litter free manner.
• We will secure your trash can lids and place your trash cans in a safe location.
• Friendly customer service and prompt response to any question.

Our Customer Service Commitment.
Call our courteous and helpful service representatives at 719-495-8652. If we are on the line with other customers or out of the office you will be prompted to please leave a message and our commitment is to get back to you within 24 hours. During inclement weather, please call to get an updated voicemail message that provides customers with changes to our trash service schedules.

Services

• All materials should be out by 7:00 am on scheduled pickup day. If garbage is not out in time for regular collection it can either be picked up the following week. Special pickups can be requested for an additional charge of $15.00, calls must be by the next business day. 
•  Please note that your service is based on household waste. Large items and yard debris are not considered household garbage. Anything over your allotted volume is $2.00 per bag and will show up on your next billing. If you place out bags of yard waste please note that the drivers will only pickup a max of 10 bags per week. Branches need to be tied together in manageable bundles and no longer that 4 ft in length in order to be collected. 
• We are unable to pickup any electronics or appliances. That includes: Televisions, stoves, ovens, microwaves, computers, printers, stereos, refrigerator, freezers, etc. If you have any of these items you can contact Hauling by Steve at 331-0025, or your nearest landfill or transfer station.

Residential Services:
Our rates are based upon curbside pick-up and your expected trash volume. We provide two different residential service levels. The first level is customer owned 32-gallon containers. The second level is based on a 95-gallon toter which is provided at no additional charge.

Commercial Services
We specialize in servicing commercial and residential customers with dumpsters. Our dumpster service is customized for individual customer pick up needs. Our existing customer base consists of auto repair shops, grocery stores, apartment complexes, restaurants, schools, small strip mall shops, gas stations, ranches and individual homeowners. Some customers need a five day week pick up others need only once a week. Our rates are based on once a week pick up.

Areas of Service:
We provide dumpster services in the entire Colorado Springs area, Black Forest, Larkspur, Gleneagle, Monument, Palmer Lake, Woodmen Hills, Falcon, Peyton and parts of Elbert County. Please call us at 719-495-8652 for more details.

Service levels:
Currently we have four different sizes of dumpsters. Each dumpster comes with lids to secure your trash. The dumpster must be located where the trash truck can back up to position itself to pick up and empty the dumpster. It must also be on level, firm ground since the driver must roll the dumpster into position to empty it into the truck. Rates are based on once per week pick up but we can customize and schedule multiple pick up days at reasonable rates.

Roll-off services:
We specialize in providing homebuilders, remodeling contractors, roofing companies, demolition specialists and homeowners with roll-off services. We service El Paso County, Colorado Springs, Black Forest, parts of Elbert County, Southern Douglas County, and parts of the Eastern Plains.

TRI-LAKES DISPOSAL IS GREEN!

Tri-Lakes Disposal is offering curbside residential recycling for an additional $9.50 per month. We will provide you with a black lid, 95 gallon container which all recyclables must fit inside.
Recycling services are picked up on the first and third FULL week of the month and will coincide with your regular trash pick-up days. No need to sort recyclables but please help us make the recycling process easier by thoroughly cleaning any recyclable items that contain food or drink matter!

• NO Plastic egg cartons
• NO six pack ring holders
• NO plastic plates
• NO Styrofoam
• NO Diapers, laundry lint, wood, metal, clothes, food scraps
• NO HAZARDOUS MATERIALS.
