US H1 scrap prices remained flat for third straight week

NEW YORK (Scrap Monster): The average price of US H1 scrap remained unchanged from the previous week, as on 31^st March, 2014. This is the third consecutive week that the average scrap prices have remained unchanged.

The average price of US H1 scrap in Pittsburgh, Chicago and Philadelphia was $361.83 per long ton, remaining unchanged from the previous week.  

 The H1 scrap average price in Pittsburg was $379.5 per long ton.  The average price remained unchanged from the previous week. In Chicago the prices were flat at $377.50 per long ton. The average price in Philadelphia was $328.5 per long ton. The prices here witnessed no change over the week.

The H1 prices averaged at $272.5 per long ton in New York, Houston and Boston. The average prices remained flat over the previous week.
