SEATTLE (Scrap Monster): The Department of Commerce in January announced affirmative final determinations in its antidumping duty investigations of imports of carbon and alloy steel wire rod from South Africa and Ukraine.

The dumping margins were determined to be 135.46 percent to 142.26 percent for South Africa and 34.98 percent to 44.03 percent for Ukraine.

Also in January, the Commerce Department announced affirmative preliminary determinations in its countervailing duty investigations of imports of stainless steel flanges from China and India.
