Ukraine Iron Ore imports rise 67.6% y-o-y in Jan-Aug: Ukrrudprom

Ukraine's iron ore imports rose by 67.6% year-on-year to 1.556 million metric tons (mt) in the January-August period of the current year, including 639,500 mt of iron ore concentrate, 312,100 mt of pellets and 596,100 mt of sintering ore, as per the latest data released by the Ukrainian association of metal mining producers Ukrrudprom.

KIEV (Scrap Monster): Ukraine's iron ore imports rose by 67.6% year-on-year to 1.556 million metric tons (mt) in the January-August period of the current year, including 639,500 mt of iron ore concentrate, 312,100 mt of pellets and 596,100 mt of sintering ore, as per the latest data released by the Ukrainian association of metal mining producers Ukrrudprom.
In August alone, Ukraine imported 226,200 mt of iron ore materials, including 133,700 mt of iron ore concentrate, 3,700 mt of pellets and 88,800 mt of sintering ore.
