Scrap Gold, Silver and Platinum Market Update: 23rd July, 2014

SEATTLE (Scrap Monster): The daily scrap gold and silver prices - both hallmarked  and non- hallmarked moved marginally higher from previous day on Wednesday, 23^rd July on the ScrapMonster Price Index. However, the prices of Platinum scrap fell over the day.

In the Hallmarked category, the 14 carat gold scrap prices went higher by $ 0.29 per Oz. The prices of 18 carat and 22 carat gold scrap also went higher by $ 0.36 per Oz and $ 0.45 per Oz respectively. 9 carat gold scrap prices increased by $ 0.18 per Oz. The price of Platinum scrap witnessed decline of $ 5.83 per Oz to reach $ 1,083.48 per Oz. Silver scrap prices saw marginal up tick of  $ 0.10 per Oz.

In the Non-Hallmarked category, the 14 carat gold scrap prices went higher by $ 0.27 per Oz. The prices of 18 carat and 22 carat gold scrap too went up by $ 0.35 and $ 0.42 per Oz respectively.9 carat gold scrap also increased by $ 0.17 per Oz. The price of Platinum scrap witnessed a decline of $ 5.83 per Oz to reach $ 1,083.48 per Oz. Meantime, Silver scrap prices inched higher by $ 0.08 per Oz during the day.
