BEIJING (Scrap Monster): The Chinese scrap prices closed on a mixed note on ScrapMonster Price Index as on Tuesday, August 26th.
#1 HMS prices remained unchanged from the prices a day before. The price of #1 Bare Bright Copper Wire, #1 Copper and #2 Copper prices too remained flat over the previous day.
201 Stainless Steel prices remained flat over the day. The price of 304 Stainless Steel too remained unchanged at CNY 10,550 per MT. 316 Stainless Steel prices too remained flat at CNY 14,300 per MT.
Al/Cu Radiator scrap prices and Cast Iron Scrap prices saw no change in price as on 26th August, 2014.
Nickel scrap prices scaled higher by CNY 200 per MT. Nickel scrap traded at CNY 130,100 per MT.
Shred Stainless Steel prices witnessed no change in prices.
Shred Zinc prices and Soft Lead prices remained flat over the day.
