International Scrap Prices on the rise -Last update: 3rd May, 2013

NEW YORK (Scrap Monster) : The International Scrap prices rose on Friday(03/05/2013) in comparison with the average prices the previous day. On month-on-month comparison, the scrap prices have dropped.

The price ranges for U.S. clean 6063 for the day was $1795 to $1815 per tonne, averaging at $1805 per tonne, which is $ 10 higher than the previous day average price. Acsr/Ins(68%) prices were in the range $1195 to $1215 per tonne, with average price at $1205, higher by $5 from the previous day average price.

The price ranges for Shredded Aluminum for the day was $1580 to $1600 per tonne, averaging at $1590 per tonne, which is $ 10 higher than the previous day average price. 356 Auto Wheels prices were in the range $1870 to $1890 per tonne, with average price at $1880, higher by $10 from the previous day average price.

The price ranges for Aluminum Radiator for the day was $1425 to $1445 per tonne, averaging at $1435 per tonne, which is $ 10 higher than the previous day average price. #1 Bare Bright prices were in the range $6750 to $6770 per tonne, with average price at $6760, higher by $160 from the previous day average price. #2 Birch/Cliff prices were in the range $6350 to $6380 per tonne, with average price at $6365, higher by $160 from the previous day average price.

Yellow BrassHoney prices were in the range $4540 to $4560 per tonne, with average price at $4550, higher by $90 from the previous day average price. The price ranges for Ocean Auto Radiator for the day was $4500 to $4520 per tonne, averaging at $4510 per tonne, which is $ 90 higher than the previous day average price. The 304 Sabot prices were unchanged at the range $1350 to $1370 per tonne.
