International Paper appoints new board of directors for APPM

International Paper, a global paper packaging company, has selected a new board of directors with Mr.Paul Brown as the executive chairman for Andhra Pradesh Paper Mills Ltd(APPM). Brown is the present president of International Paper and acting chairman and CEO of APPM.

HYDERABAD,INDIA (Scrap Monster): International Paper, a global paper packaging company, has selected a new board of directors with Mr.Paul Brown as the executive chairman for Andhra Pradesh Paper Mills Ltd(APPM). Brown is the present president of International Paper and acting chairman and CEO of APPM.
Mr Brown has a successful profile in the field of paper industry. Moreover, he has held leaderships of International Paper in countries like U.S., Europe, the Middle East and Africa, China, Southeast Asia and India.
Mr.Rampraveen Swaminathan has been appointed as the managing director and CEO of APPM with effect from March 2.
The appointment of the new board of directors is to improve the business performance of APPM, which is a company of International Paper.
The board of directors include Adhiraj Sarin, Brett Mosely, M K Sharma, M S Ramachandran, Milimd Sarwate, PK Suri, Paul Brown, Praveen Khadle, Rampraveen Swaminathan, Ranjan Kumar,Shreeyesh Bangur and Tom Kadien.
The panel consists of a group of eminent personalities who have considerable experience and success in their respective fields.
