India Gold, Diamond jewelry exports dip 12% in July

MUMBAI (Scrap Monster): India’s diamond and gold jewelry exports dropped by 12% year-on-year in July this year, as per latest data released by Gem & Jewellery Export Promotion Council on Friday.

According to the data, country's diamond and gold jewelry exports dipped to to $2.9 billion in July from $3.3 billion a year earlier.

The exports also declined to 9.5% to $12.9 billion in the April-July quarter.
