SEATTLE (Scrap Monster): Netherlands-based paper recycling firm-Peute Recycling has announced significant investment plans at its recycling facility in Dordrecht near Rotterdam area. The company plans to modernize its paper sorting line and redesign its production warehouses.

According to the company press release, as a first step towards expansion works at the facility, 6,000 square meters of its facility will be asphalted. This will enable the company to use the area for storage as well as loading and unloading of materials. The company intends to complete the asphalt laying operations by this summer.

Peute also plans to redesign its production house facility in the plant, by constructing new exterior walls and roofing facility. The construction activities are expected to complete by July this year.

Towards the last quarter of the year, Peute plans to install new conveyor belts and paper spikes to modernize its existing paper sorting line. The up gradation of sorting line is expected to complete by mid-September. This will help the company to improve the efficiency of the sorting line, thereby leading to increased productivity of the facility. The new sorting line will help the company to produce high-quality end products.

Peute has one of the largest and most modern recovered paper- and plastic processing capacities in Europe. Over the years, Peute has developed into one of the largest independent recovered paper- and plastic processors in Europe.
