BEIJING (Scrap Monster) : The Chinese scrap prices saw marginal decline on ScrapMonster Price Index as on Friday, April 18th. Most scrap prices inched lower.
#1 HMS prices remained unchanged at CNY 2,180 per MT. The price of #1 Bare Bright Copper Wire too remained flat. #1 Copper and #2 Copper prices too witnessed no price variation over the previous day.
201 Stainless Steel prices declined by CNY 50 per MT from the previous day. 304 Stainless Steel and 316 Stainless Steel prices too went lower by CNY 100 per MT each.
Al/Cu Radiator scrap prices remained unchanged over the day at CNY 26,250 per MT.
Cast Iron Scrap prices witnessed no change in prices as on 18th April, 2014.
However, Nickel scrap prices continued to decline. The prices declined by CNY 1,700 per MT, to touch CNY 119,800 per MT.
Shred Stainless Steel prices declined by CNY 100 per MT.
Soft Lead and Shred Zinc prices witnessed no price action.
