BEIJING (Scrap Monster) : The Chinese scrap prices saw good recovery on ScrapMonster Price Index as on Monday, April 21st. Most of them witnessed modest gains over the previous day.
#1 HMS prices remained unchanged over the day. The price of #1 Bare Bright Copper Wire went higher by CNY 350 per MT to touch CNY 46,450 per MT. #1 Copper and #2 Copper prices too witnessed an increase of CNY 350 per MT each.
The prices of 201 Stainless Steel saw no price variation from previous day. 304 Stainless Steel prices increased by CNY 50 per MT. Also, 316 Stainless Steel prices increased by CNY 50 per MT to reach CNY 13,750 per MT. Al/Cu Radiator scrap prices too saw up move of CNY 100 per MT. Cast Iron Scrap prices remained flat at CNY 2,140 per MT as on 21st April.
Nickel scrap prices advanced by CNY 500 per MT, to touch CNY 120,300 per MT.
Shred Zinc price went higher by CNY 50 per MT.
Shred Stainless Steel and Soft Lead prices remained flat over the day.
