Bryan Cave's 6th report focus on waste paper recyling in India

SINGAPORE (Commodity Online): Bryan Cave International, the customs and trade consultancy commissioned by Bureau of Industrial Recycling to produce regular reports on the legal and regulatory landscape in India and China, have published their 6th monitoring report, which is available exclusively for BIR member companies.

Points of special interest in the latest issue:

In India:

The Department of Industrial Policy and Promotion, Ministry of Commerce, Government of India issued a discussion paper on the "collection and recycling of waste paper in India".

In China:

--The Ministry of Environment Protection issued a notification to start eligibility assessment of companies that import and process waste electric appliances, electric machines and cables.

--CMRA Secretary General issued a report on future Non-Ferrous Metals recycling development in China.
