30th August, 2016: Chinese copper scrap prices see marginal decline

BEIJING (Scrap Monster):  The Chinese copper scrap prices witnessed marginal downfall on ScrapMonster Price Index  as on Tuesday, August 30^th.

#1 Copper Bare Bright prices were down by CNY 150 per MT over the previous day. The price of #1 Copper Wire and Tubing and #2 Copper Wire and Tubing too tumbled by CNY 150 per MT each.

#1 Insulated Copper Wire 85% Recovery prices were down by CNY 50 per MT to CNY 26,150 per MT. The price of #2 Insulated Copper Wire 50% Recovery too declined by CNY 50 per MT over the previous day.

Copper Transformer and Cu Yokes prices remained flat over the previous day.

Cu/Al Radiator scrap prices witnessed decline of CNY 50 per MT over the day. Harness Wire 35% Recovery prices held steady.

Heater Cores prices were down by CNY 50 per MT on Tuesday, August 30^th.

Meantime, Scrap Electric Motors and Sealed Units prices remained unchanged when compared with the previous day.
